Sometimes artists need to upgrade venue capacity for certain events due to unprecedented levels of demand for tickets. In this case we will proactively reach out to you via email to let you know of the venue change. You will not be expected to pay for any price increase associated with the increased venue capacity. Your original concert ticket will still be valid for the new venue.

If you are no longer able to attend the event due to the change in venue you are welcome to apply for a full ticket refund by replying to the email we send you or contacting one of our support agents using the live chat feature on this webpage.
