Ticket Refund

We only issue ticket refunds in certain cases:

- Event cancelled

- Event rescheduled

- Venue updated

If you can no longer attend an event, and you don't fit into the three categories above, then please use our ticket re-sale facility to sell your tickets on to another fan. Please be aware that re-selling tickets outside of the Smash-Tix platform is prohibited, and any such ticket will be voided without refund.
